The Polaride Picture Type of Faith
So on the subject of healing. I received a question from one dear lady stating they were at a meeting being prayed for, for healing and the one at the front mentioned to them they were walking in doubt by wanting to be prayed FOR a second time. Ok so let's look at this but we do so with only one thing in mind.....not by what any of us might think about it but what EXACTLY does God, and Jesus say about this. We must turn to the Bible, the word of God to find this out and I believe that yes we can find there is some truth to what the one at the front said. Keep in mind it's NOT that God still won't heal a person who does this. God wants to heal and not only does he wants to he LONGS TO release his mercy and grace. But what did Jesus say about the prayer of faith to receive healing. Mark 11:24 says the following, "What things soever you desire when you pray believe that you received them and you shall have them. (or that God will cause the answer to come into manifestation) We need to notice that Jesus said, "to believe you receive...when you pray....when you pray....when you pray.....what are we to believe WHEN WHEN WE PRAY?? We're to believe we receive the answer. This analogy can help. The old polaride cameras that roll out the picture after you clicked the button. Let's say I take a picture of you. It rolls out. Now the question do I have a right to know claim I HAVE A PICTURE of you! Yes I do. But when you look at it it's not developed yet but when in a few mintures you'll see it's developed. So Jesus is saying believe you received your healing answer to prayer when you're up front....and when hands are lifted off the one praying that should be excited, and be expressive and full of joy saying I HAVE my healing now! And then continue to thank God for it continually. Now it make take some time to develop but remember you've got it when you prayed to receive. You walk away showing God a spirit of rejoicing and being glad that you're acting now that you believe that SURELY Jesus bore our infirmities....and by his stripes WE ARE HEALED! (see 1 Pt 2:24)
